Product & Manufacturing Details
• Handmade in Great Britain – All classic car exhaust systems and manifolds are crafted to order in our UK workshop.
• Premium 304 Stainless Steel – Each performance exhaust system is built from exceptional-quality 304 grade stainless steel, chosen for its strength, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability. Where required, mild steel flanges are used for precise vehicle-specific fitment.
• Built to Order – These bespoke exhaust systems are not held in stock. Please allow up to four weeks for manufacturing, plus delivery time. We will keep you informed throughout the build process and provide detailed shipping updates.

Warranty & Guarantee
• Two-Year Manufacturer’s Guarantee – Covers workmanship and manufacturing defects.
• Lifetime Corrosion Warranty – Protects against perforation caused by corrosion, provided the system remains unmodified from the manufacturer’s specifications.
• Defects Process – Any suspected defect will be assessed by the manufacturer, who will determine whether repair or replacement is appropriate under warranty.
• Non-Refundable Policy – Custom-made and bespoke exhaust systems are non-refundable once fitted, except where covered by the above guarantees.

Returns & Refunds
• Items ordered or shipped in error by us will be refunded or replaced with the correct parts.
• Parts ordered in error by the customer are not refundable.
• Stock items returned are subject to a return shipping fee and a re-stocking fee (currently 15%).
• Damaged deliveries must be signed for as damaged or refused and reported to us immediately.
• Parts with a manufacturing defect will be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty; bespoke and custom-built exhaust systems are not eligible for refunds.

Mail-Order & Specially Ordered Items
• Specially ordered or custom-built exhaust systems must be paid in full before manufacturing begins.
• Mail-order exhaust parts and accessories must be paid in full before despatch.

Onsite Works & Project Vehicles: Fitment and Installation
• You may retain original vehicle parts removed during fitting. This must be agreed and documented on the Workshop Job Card.
• Retained parts must be collected within 7 business days; otherwise, they will be disposed of without further notice.
