2. Orders and Fulfilment
2.1 Orders may be placed online, by telephone, or by email.
2.2 Products are offered subject to availability. Where items are out of stock or custom-built, we aim to fulfil orders within 28 days.
2.3 Orders placed on this website are subject to acceptance and confirmation.
2.4 Payments must be made in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and bank transfer.
3. Pricing and VAT
3.1 Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
3.2 We reserve the right to update prices at any time, including to reflect changes in taxation or exchange rates.
3.3 For orders shipped internationally, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or handling fees.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Delivery is available to the UK, EU, USA, Canada, and other select international destinations.
4.2 Shipping timelines may vary depending on whether items are in stock, custom manufactured, or impacted by carrier constraints.
4.3 Delivery costs are quoted at checkout. For international orders, additional charges may apply.
4.4 Customers must inspect goods upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours of any damage or discrepancies.
5. Custom Orders
5.1 Many Paramount Performance products, including exhaust systems, tuning services, and vehicle-specific components, are custom-manufactured or sourced to order. These items are non-returnable unless proven faulty.
5.2 NON-STOCK / SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
Items not held in standard stock and sourced, ordered, or procured specifically to fulfil a customer order (“Special Order Items”) are non-refundable and non-returnable except where the goods are:
- Faulty
- Not as described
- Supplied in error
A customer’s change in circumstances, including but not limited to the sale of a vehicle, change of requirements, or no longer requiring the goods, does not constitute valid grounds for return or refund.
5.3 CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By placing an order for bespoke, custom-made, or Special-Order Items, you acknowledge and accept that such items are non-refundable except where faulty, not as described, or supplied in error.
5.4 By placing an order for bespoke or custom products, you agree that statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations may not apply.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 RETURN AUTHORISATION (RMA)
All returns must be authorised in advance. A Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) must be obtained before returning any goods
Trade customers are not entitled to consumer cancellation rights and all sales are considered final unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Returns without an RMA may be refused and returned at the customer’s cost
6.2 CONDITION OF RETURNS
- Items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In a condition suitable for resale
- Paramount Performance reserves the right to:
- Refuse returns that do not meet these conditions
- Reduce refunds based on the condition of returned goods
6.3 CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
Where a return is requested due to change of mind or personal circumstances:
Acceptance is at the sole discretion of Paramount Performance
A 25% restocking fee will apply
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer
6.4 DISTANCE SELLING (CONSUMER RIGHTS)
This section applies only to consumers (individuals purchasing outside of trade or business).
For the avoidance of doubt, trade or business customers are not entitled to cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Consumers may:
- Cancel within 7 days of delivery
- Return goods within 14 days of cancellation
Exclusions
The right to cancel does not apply to:
- Bespoke or custom-made goods
- Special Order Items
- Digital products once accessed
- Completed services
- Where cancellation applies:
- Goods must be returned unused and suitable for resale
- Customers are responsible for return shipping
- Deductions may be made for diminished value where permitted by law
6.5 INSPECTION AND REFUND APPROVAL
All returned goods are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Approval to return does not constitute approval for refund.
Refunds will only be processed once goods have been received and inspected.
6.6 THIRD PARTY PURCHASES
Paramount Performance cannot process refunds for goods purchased via third-party dealers or resellers. Customers must contact the original supplier.
7. Software and Digital Products
7.1 Tuning files, downloads, and digital products are non-refundable once access or download has commenced.
7.2 You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local laws regarding the use of performance software and hardware.
7.3 Paramount Performance accepts no liability for:
- Misuse
- Illegal application
- Non-compliant use
8. Motorsport and Off-Road Use
8.1 Products such as de-cat pipes, DPF/PPF/OPF deletes, and some sports catalytic converters are sold strictly for off-road or motorsport use only. Their use on public roads may be illegal.
8.2 It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local vehicle emissions laws before purchase or installation.
8.3 Paramount Performance accepts no responsibility for the installation or use of such products on public roads where prohibited by law.
9. Warranty and Liability
9.1 Most items come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects unless otherwise specified.
9.2 If you believe a product is defective, contact us immediately. We may require inspection, return of the item, or liaison with the manufacturer.
9.3 Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods. We are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of income or vehicle downtime.
9.4 All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification. Paramount Performance reserves the right to repair or replace goods in accordance with manufacturer guidance.
9.5 Trade customers are not entitled to consumer cancellation rights and all sales are considered final unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Complaint Handling

10.2 All complaints will be logged and managed using the procedures outlined in our Complaint Handling Policy.
11. Data Protection and Privacy
11.1 Paramount and Viezu comply with GDPR and UK data protection law. For details on how we collect and use your data, see our Privacy Policy.
12. Social Media and Marketing Consent
12.1 We may take photos or videos of vehicles in our workshop or at events. Registration plates will be obscured.
12.2 You may opt in or out of this via a form at the time of booking. See Social Media Consent Policy for details.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and any disputes arising under them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

15. Pricing, VAT and Trade Customers
- Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. All prices are subject to change without notice.
- Paramount Performance explicitly retains the right to revise prices at any time, including due to changes in costs, tax, duty, or exchange rates.
- Trade customers: All purchases made under a trade agreement are subject to our trade terms. Payment is required in full before goods or services are dispatched. File Key Credits for tuning services are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Trade customers must ensure that resale of our goods and services meets all applicable regulations, including safety and emissions compliance in their jurisdiction.
- Paramount Performance does not accept liability for the misuse or misapplication of any items resold by trade customers.
16.Payments and Deposits
16.1 Full payment must be made before dispatch of any order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
16.2 For custom-made or specially ordered parts, full payment is required in advance.
16.3 Onsite tuning bookings and appointments must be secured with a deposit:
- £50 for remaps and dyno tuning
- 25% for stock items held in inventory
- 100% for bespoke/custom-manufactured items
16.4 Deposit payments are refundable only if cancelled more than 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment are not eligible for refund but may be transferred to a future booking date.
16.5 Deposits for services or items ordered in error by the customer are not refundable.
16.6 Deposits for Special Order Items, bespoke products, or items ordered in error by the customer are non-refundable.
In the event of order cancellation by Paramount, all applicable deposits will be refunded in full.
