These systems are engineered to ensure a freer-flowing path and improve the engine note of the 1.6-litre engine, with hardware ranging from unrestrictive cat-back exhausts to high-flow manifolds.

• Cooper & One (R50): 90mm Jet cat-back systems and two-piece freer-flowing manifold designs with removable cat/de-cat sections designed to reduce backpressure.
• Cooper S (R52/R53): Resonated (ECE Approved) or non-resonated systems with 76mm fixed or loose trim options, offering a freer-flowing exhaust profile.
• Technical: Manifold and sports cat upgrades crafted from T304L aircraft-grade stainless steel require a Stage 2 ECU remap to ensure an unrestrictive setup and optimal performance.
