The standard smaller 200Tdi turbo is machined to take the larger standard 300tdi turbo internals. The upgrade allows much greater airflow and boost. The fuel system is a limiting factor on the 200tdi performance, therefor fitting a turbo larger than that of the the 300tdi engine is not effective without significate reworks ad fuel system improvements.

Therefore as well as a larger turbine, we fit a heavy duty actuator to the 200tid turbo upgrade too. Therefore, this allows the new turbo set up to run up to 1.3bar of boost. A significant improvement of over stock performance.

In addition to this 200tdi turbo upgrade, we would suggest an uprated Land Rover 200tdi intercooler is fitted, we can of course supply this for you.
