Our range of BMW 3 Series Performance Exhausts is engineered to maximise freer-flowing performance and sound across all generations, from the classic E30 and E46 M3 to the latest G20 M340i and G80 M3. These Milltek Sport systems provide specific fitments for both early non-restricted models and the latest OPF/GPF-equipped vehicles.

Classic and Heritage M-Power

• E30, E36 and E46 M3: Full systems and cat-backs with OEM+ styling, featuring polished 70mm or 80mm tips.
• E90/E92/E93 V8: V1 (non-valved) and V2 (valved) systems with remote control and 80mm Cerakote Black or Polished tips.

Modern Performance (F and G Series)

• F80 M3 and G80/G81 M3: Innovative Equal Length and freer-flowing 102mm single-pipe designs to optimise S55 and S58 engine notes.
• M340i (F30/G20): High-flow downpipes and cat-back systems for B58 powerplants, including OPF-bypass and ECE-approved options designed to reduce backpressure.
• 320i and 328i: Dual-outlet conversions and race systems designed for improved throttle response and aggressive acoustics.

Technical Hardware

• Control and Flow: Bluetooth-enabled Active Valve Control and HJS ECE-approved downpipes available.
• Tuning: Large-bore de-cats and bypass pipes are engineered for Stage 2 software to ensure a freer-flowing path and maximum power gains.
