Our range of BMW 4 Series Performance Exhausts is engineered to ensure freer-flowing performance and sound for F32, F82, G22, and G82 models. These Milltek Sport systems cater to N20, B58, S55, and S58 engines, offering dedicated solutions to reduce backpressure for both early Non-OPF and later OPF/GPF-equipped vehicles.

M4 (F82 and G82)

• Engine Note Optimisation: Equal Length systems for the F82 correct the S55 note; G82 models use 115mm tips with freer-flowing 102mm mid-pipe and X-pipe options.
• System Types: Selection of Race, Resonated, and EC-Approved cat-backs or axle-backs.
• Visual Selection: Quad tips available in Burnt Titanium, Cerakote Black, Polished, and Carbon Fibre.

M440i and 428i (F32 and G22)

• Styling Upgrades: 428i systems offer 435i-style dual-exit conversions (requires M Sport valance) or OE-style twin tips.
• B58 Performance: G22 M440i cat-back and axle-back options designed specifically for xDrive, OPF, and NAS-spec models to ensure a freer-flowing exhaust path.

Downpipes and Control

• High-Flow Hardware: HJS ECE-approved catalysts for road use or large-bore de-cats for Stage 2 builds to significantly reduce backpressure.
• Active Valve Control: Bluetooth-enabled modules for smartphone-controlled exhaust valve management.
