Our selection of BMW 5 Series Performance Exhausts is developed to enhance the 4.4L Twin Turbo M5 across F10, F90, and G90 generations. These Milltek Sport systems deliver superior freer-flowing performance and acoustics for both early non-restricted models and modern OPF-equipped vehicles.

M5 Generation Highlights

• G90/G99 Hybrid (2025+): 115mm GT tip axle-back systems for the latest hybrid drivetrain, including ECE-approved variants for the UK and Europe.
• F90 M5 and Competition: Axle-back, cat-back, and front-pipe back options featuring 100mm quad tips in Titanium, Carbon, or Cerakote Black for reduced backpressure.
• F10 M5: EC-Approved cat-back systems with quad 90mm tips, designed for high-performance freer-flowing performance.

Technical Upgrades

• Valve Control: Plug-and-play Bluetooth remote kits provide manual override of exhaust valves for both OE and Milltek systems.
• Flow Components: Active H-pipes, front silencer bypasses, and secondary cat deletes are available to maximise engine resonance and ensure a freer-flowing path.
• Installation Requirements: Most OPF bypass pipes and de-cats require a Stage 2 ECU remap or dedicated bypass modules. Axle-back systems typically require cutting the original equipment exhaust.
