This BC Racing BR coilover kit provides a complete suspension upgrade for the Honda Civic / CR-X Civic/Cr-X EF9 EF9/ED 1988-1991 Rear Eye|Civic/Cr-X EF9 EF9/ED 1988-1991 Rear Fork. The package includes suspension units for all four corners of the vehicle, allowing the original dampers and springs to be replaced with an adjustable system developed for the specific chassis.

What Comes with the Kit?

Every BC Racing coilover kit covers all four wheels. The exact configuration varies between applications. Some kits include front and rear top mounts, while others require the original mounts to be reused.

Vehicles fitted with original rear leaf springs generally retain that suspension design. BC Racing does not automatically convert these applications to rear coil springs. Where the listed spring specification includes an X, such as 6/X, the figure represents the front spring rate and the X confirms that no replacement rear coil spring is supplied.

End-links are included where a revised anti-roll bar mounting position makes shorter links necessary. Where replacement end-links are not included, the original components can normally continue to be used.

Installation and Setup

Kits are normally supplied with spring preload already set, providing a sensible starting point for installation. Ride height and damping should then be adjusted carefully and evenly.

Returns & Special Orders

Many BC Racing suspension kits are built or configured to your vehicle specification. Once ordered from the manufacturer, special-order products may not be eligible for cancellation or return unless faulty or supplied incorrectly. Products that have been installed or used cannot normally be returned unless covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
