BC Racing BR coilovers provide an adjustable suspension upgrade for the BMW 2 Series / 3 Series / 4 Series M2/M3/M4 G87/G80/G82 2021-Present RWD, combining improved handling, a configurable ride height and vehicle-specific engineering in one complete package.

BC Racing has built its reputation by producing suspension systems for a wide range of road, modified and competition vehicles. Rather than relying on one universal specification, the company develops its kits around individual vehicle platforms. Vehicle weight, suspension geometry, available travel and intended use are considered when selecting the initial spring and damper setup.

This development process gives drivers a practical starting specification while retaining the adjustment needed to personalise the vehicle. BC Racing kits are commonly used for everyday road cars, fast-road builds, show vehicles and track projects.

Vehicle-Specific Configuration

The features supplied will depend on the selected series and vehicle application. Available configurations can include damping adjustment, ride height adjustment, monotube dampers, replacement top mounts, pillowball mounts and camber adjustment.

The kit includes suspension units for all four corners. Depending on the application, original top mounts or rear springs may need to be retained. Always review the selected variation before ordering, especially where several suspension layouts are available for the same model.

Installation and Final Setup

The original suspension must be removed before the coilover components are installed and adjusted. Certain vehicles may require additional work, including modification of the original suspension components or a weld-on mounting arrangement. Any welding must be completed by a qualified professional.

Returns & Special Orders

Many BC Racing suspension kits are built or configured to your vehicle specification. Once ordered from the manufacturer, special-order products may not be eligible for cancellation or return unless faulty or supplied incorrectly. Products that have been installed or used cannot normally be returned unless covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

Professional Installation

For optimum performance and warranty protection, we recommend that all BC Racing suspension systems are installed by a suitably qualified technician. Following installation, a full four-wheel alignment should always be carried out to achieve the correct handling characteristics and maximise tyre life.
