Jaguar XJR 4.0 XJ6-R X300 X306 1995 supercharger pulley upgrade
10% upgraded Supercharger pulley. This pulley gives your supercharger 10% speed increase. Supercharger pulleys are one of the most proven performance enhancement available for Jaguar supercharged engines.
In addition to its high quality stainless steel construction, the pulley is manufactured to the tightest surface finish and dimensional tolerances available.
When the pulley ratio is changed, the supercharger operates at a higher speed and produces more boost. Because this just directly increases airflow through the car’s existing sensors, the ECU is kept aware of the increased flow and no further alterations or remapping are needed to benefit from this modification (though for some models further gain can be achieved through remapping).
Boost & Power Increase:
It gives you a 10% boost pressure increase, which is equivalent to a 2.5 psi increase in supercharger driven speed.
It is estimated that this size of pulley modification will result in about a 35-40bhp/ft lb gain
Installation of the Jaguar XJR 4.0 XJ6-R 1995 pulley
Your new pulley will come with fitting instructions, and Paramount also offer a fitting service. Please be aware on the 10% pulleys, the nose cone / snout of the supercharger will need to be cleaned up and a small amount of material removed to allow clearance. Alternatively, a 6% pulley is available too.
