Designed for Vellfire/Alphard GGH30W 2015-Present, it offers damping adjustment, ride height control and improved handling. A capable replacement for worn standard suspension or fixed Vellfire / Alphard springs. Available from Paramount Performance, vehicle tuning and performance specialists since 1986.

Toyota Vellfire / Alphard BC Racing BR Coilover Suspension Kit

Upgrade the suspension of your Toyota Vellfire / Alphard with a BC Racing BR coilover kit designed for Vellfire/Alphard GGH30W 2015-Present. The kit provides adjustable suspension, improved body control and the ability to refine the vehicle’s setup around the way it is driven.

BC Racing produces suspension systems for a wide variety of vehicles, from daily driven road cars to competition builds. Its available series cover different damper designs, mounting arrangements and levels of adjustment, making it important to select the correct variation for the vehicle.

Fitting the Coilovers

Installation generally requires the vehicle to be safely raised, the original suspension removed and the replacement BC Racing components fitted in their place. Ride height, locking collars, mounting hardware and damping settings should then be checked before the vehicle returns to the road.

The exact process varies considerably between vehicles. Some installations may require specialist tools, removal of interior trim, suspension geometry adjustment, reuse of original top mounts or welding. Seek professional assistance whenever the fitting process or final setup is uncertain.

After Installation

Check all accessible fixings and locking collars once the suspension has settled. A full alignment should be carried out after approximately one week of regular driving. Further alignments may be required after substantial ride height changes.

Replacement springs, dampers and other service parts are available for BC Racing kits. When requesting spare parts or discussing spring changes, provide the vehicle details and kit serial number so the correct components can be identified.

Returns & Special Orders

Many BC Racing suspension kits are built or configured to your vehicle specification. Once ordered from the manufacturer, special-order products may not be eligible for cancellation or return unless faulty or supplied incorrectly. Products that have been installed or used cannot normally be returned unless covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

Professional Installation

For optimum performance and warranty protection, we recommend that all BC Racing suspension systems are installed by a suitably qualified technician. Following installation, a full four-wheel alignment should always be carried out to achieve the correct handling characteristics and maximise tyre life.
