Our range of Audi TT Mk3 Performance Exhausts is engineered to maximise the potential of the TTS and TTRS models produced between 2015 and 2026. These Milltek Sport systems provide freer-flowing performance and enhanced acoustics for both 2.0 TFSI and 2.5 TFSI engines, with specific fitments for pre-2019 Non-OPF models and later OPF/GPF-equipped vehicles.
TTRS 2.5TFSI Quattro
- System Types: 80mm bore options including Non-Resonated (loudest) and Resonated (EC Approved) cat-back configurations.
- Valve Control: Bluetooth-enabled Active Valve Control kits compatible with Apple and Android, fitting both OE and Milltek exhausts.
- Downpipes: High-flow, freer-flowing choices ranging from secondary catalyst bypasses to large-bore de-cats and HJS ECE-approved downpipes.
- Trim Selection: Signature oval tips available in Polished, Cerakote Black, Titanium, and Burnt Titanium.
TTS 2.0TFSI Quattro
- Cat-Back Options: Available as Resonated (EC Approved) or Non-Resonated systems featuring Cerakote Black or Polished oval tips for a freer-flowing exhaust path.
- Road+ Tuning: Optional Road+ centre silencers provide a mid-range volume between standard resonated and non-resonated setups.
- Turbo-Back Components: Cast downpipes with 200-cell race cats or de-cats, designed to significantly reduce backpressure.
Technical Specifications
- Software Requirements: Large-bore downpipes and de-cat systems require a Stage 2 ECU remap for correct operation.
- OPF/GPF Models: HJS ECE-approved downpipes offer enhanced performance and freer-flowing characteristics for 2019+ models without requiring a remap.
- Design Note: De-cat downpipes on OPF models may increase audible metallic rattle from the turbo wastegate compared to factory units.
