This page follows the full journey of our Jaguar XF as it gets rebuilt, upgraded and tested. It is a working project, not a showpiece, so everything here is real-world work carried out in the workshop. As we finish each stage, we add the next video so you can follow the build from start to finish.
We bought this XF specifically to push it beyond its factory limits and demonstrate the real improvements that can be achieved with the right upgrades, servicing and tuning. From the moment it arrived, we’ve been refreshing worn components, installing performance and reliability enhancements, and fine-tuning every system. Every upgrade you see here is available to our customers, and the aim of this build is to show what’s genuinely possible for everyday owners who want a smoother, stronger and more enjoyable Jaguar XF.

This Jaguar XF project is now complete, and it has been a brilliant build to follow from the first stage through to the finished result.
